The Business Problem

The organization knew AI was critical to its future but lacked a coherent strategy for how to adopt it. Teams were experimenting in silos, leadership had no shared understanding of organizational readiness, and there was no framework for deciding where AI should augment humans versus automate entirely.

The Approach

I facilitated workshops with executive stakeholders to align them on a future vision, then led an organizational maturity assessment that evaluated technology infrastructure, data readiness, process complexity, and workforce capability. From there, I architected a strategic roadmap that defined how Agentic AI would work alongside human agents — identifying specific use cases and phasing adoption based on complexity and risk, so leadership could make investment decisions with confidence.
